My heart rate was around 100bpm 1 month ago. Its 88 now. Not when I'm anxious, not after a worked out, but when I'm sleeping comfortably in bed I got that if I dont fix it soon, I'd have serious problems Do ur cardio. Even 30 min a day can save u from a heart attack in 30 yrs.
