The Florida Supreme Court that @GovRonDeSantis packed with partisan judges just denied another ballot initiative to let Floridians vote on legalizing marijuana. This is wrong. Legalization should be up to the people of Florida.

I dunno who in the Guv's office needs to hear this, but ya'll might want to tell @GovRonDeSantis that a 10% THC cap on cannabis flower will EFFECTIVELY BAN the same smokeable product he authorized in 2019. He'll lose all credibility as a cannabis ally if he goes down this path.
