@ark_dogg @WrathOfGrapesN7 @ac_daily_news Yes, that's right. The studio wanted her as the canon, but the players felt the immersion with the Alexios most. I'm a fan of Tomb Raider, and Forbidden west, Last of Us..etc. But I'd say placement of female mercenary in ancient Greece isnt accurate.

@WrathOfGrapesN7 @ac_daily_news There are bunch of other games with female leads, and they don't have any problems. AC Odyssey is not the first one to cast female protagonists. But the real problem is the writers places females where they are not suitable. We don't expect any realism in mythical stories.

Evn they knw it Odyssey was the beginning of DEI in the AC franchise. And now they are almost collapsing with AC Shadows.
