@CoderUday Asking for work-from-home (WFH) won't change anything. If the govt genuinely wants it, it can strongly push or effectively enforce WFH in sectors where physical presence isn’t essential.
It’s common in the West but not in India because Indian companies /1

An ex-employee of this company told me "Bro... In this team you will get so much work"
I thought that fellow might be slow & lazy, but I am intelligent enough to complete tasks quickly
Now I realised what that fellow said was right....now I am working even on weekends to complete my jira tasks😅
Sometimes we should stop thinking that we are thope and thurum and start learning from other's experience

This worked for me...
When learning system design (both HLD & LLD). Add one other guy into the discussion (only 1).
Let him question every design choice you took. After your design, ask your friend to design & question his design choices.
Sometimes we will not be able to justify our design choice, that is when we do research.
I prefer only 1 person for discussion, felt discussion becoming fish market when more than 1 person is added.

@CoderUday every few months we see numbers like this , the bitter truth is now hiring cycles are becoming shorter and more volatile

Arey uncle....
Do you have diabetes? toilet not stopping ah? or rushed to comment on my post to tell that you have 300k portfolio?
you are 30+, which means you went to usa 7-10 years ago... when software was in boom & no company was using AI. Every waste fellow got job that time...
"looser like you" anta... "hardwork" anta...
Even my relative who cleans bathroom in USA has 400k portfolio....but he never did this much overaction
I am telling students to do proper research before going to masters as current job market is not like before...

I still remember, there is one girl
-She went to USA
-Started making vlogs of her college, life in USA, etc
-Fast forward after masters, she didn't get job
-Ran back to India
-She is telling, my health was not good, so I came back to India, blah blah blah
-Many people went to USA by seeing many such videos
-And here in Andhra & Telangana, some people think you are a looser if you don't go & settle in USA
-Nearly 2 lakh students go to USA for masters from India alone.... out of these 2 lakhs, hardly 10k are intelligent... remaining are going to USA to try their luck, avoid unemployment, or because their friends are going.
-If we genuine speak, each student nearly takes 50 lakhs at 10-15% interest. If they don't get job & return back to India, it takes them min 10-20 years to pay that loan amount with interest.
-So many students do part-time jobs in USA, which is illegal for students, mostly they work in risky places, & take payment in cash to avoid getting caught by authorities
-Don't simply go there by watching some luchha reels on Instagram. Do your proper research.
-Unfortunately, after seeing current job market. I feel many students will be returning to India with huge loans... for which they have to spend rest of their life working to clear that loan (if they can get a job in India).

-Never did any paid tweets
-Rejected sponsored badge
-Hardly post 1 tweet/day
FYI, I am not saying earning money from twitter is bad, you should earn, there is nothing wrong in that...
I am saying my priorities are different
Here,
-I got some really good connections
-Some are good engineers, Team leads, Senior directors
-Connected with author of famous System design book, which almost every software engineer reads to join FAANG
-Some gave me career guidance
-Some solved my doubts
-And some college students, who really inspire me
That is enough for me...
