In a rare spot of good news, a resolution that would've authorized a bill to be introduced targeting Muslims FAILED in the House Rules subcommittee. Big win for religious freedom! And, incidentally, private property rights.

Yesterday, at Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders’ request, the Joint Budget Committee moved to reallocate $73.7 million dollars of money and these funds would be prohibited to be used towards the Franklin County prisons seems project. What do y’all think? #arpx #arleg #fiscal

Co-chair Lee Johnson immediately sends the amendment to Personnel, where Rice says it'll die. Wooten reminds everyone that Profiri ignored a request by the legislature to appear before them, which is a "slap in the face" to them and the people of Arkansas.

Sen. Rice is currently presenting an amendment to the Governor's budget request that would eliminate Senior Advisor Joe Profiri's mysterious position.

Some pretty wild stuff happening in the Personnel subcommittee right now: they've apparently denied the Lt. Governor's request for more positions. Sen. Davis motions to expunge the vote which fails (uncommon). Oops!
