@VeVeMeister @Tokes_eth More likely that Veve approached ORKL. ORKL has no leverage on Veve. NASDAQ may not approve a reverse merger if compliance issues aren’t cured. VeVe could inherit, legal baggage, reporting failures, shareholder lawsuits. Reverse merge are usually made for a shortcut to go public!

@Tokes_eth Judging by your bio I can’t expect more I guess. Maybe a bit more constructive input? Isn’t it evident that it’s the other way around? VeVe using OrangeKloud I mean.

The end of February is nigh, I expect news around the reverse merger within a week. VeVe‘s parent company could indeed become NASDAQ listed. I did a bit of dyor of what could follow and I’m rather excited. Am I missing something on the negative side? Input welcome.

@SpaddyDegen @omiboy1_ @veve_official Actually it’s not a penny stock. The nasdaq only allows companies who’s stock stay above 1$ . Once they create more shares it will probably fall under and get delisted anyway. But it’s not a penny stock .

The 2 best things for me if @veve_official is listed ln the Nasdaq are: 1- Veve will report earnings , good to track growth. 2- I’ll be able to buy a big bunch of Veve shares 🤝
