If Comey honestly thought nothing was wrong with arranging the shells to show 8647, why on earth would he delete the post?

"Under federal law, you cannot derive proceeds from a crime. Comey made money by selling a novel about political assassinations. That's why he made this inciting comment. To sell books. That's the 2nd count of the indictment"

@insatiablevine If he didn't mean it that way then why did Comey delete it Dems and even Turley I ask? Because he knew what it meant.

@insatiablevine Let’s be honest, they know what it means. They are trying to change the definition so they don’t get in trouble. They’re cultural revisionists, it’s what they do.

Do I think Comey thought he was being cute and playing to the “I want Trump dead” left? Yeah. But “86” legitimately can mean remove. Unless there’s a text/email of him saying “yeah, I meant to murder him,” he’s going to get off. And I’ll take the bet no such thing exists.

@troypallotto @bonchieredstate Well, DoJ says they investigated it for a year, which I imagine amounts to millions, and which I know you and I paid for with our tax dollars. I guess you're good with that.

@realmflynnJR They monitored everyone who liked and reposted Comey’s seashells, one of whom was Cole Allen. Then when Cole Allen tried to 86 47 we have that command element.

I’m not the only one asking but why did it take a year to investigate an Instagram post that was a clear threat to POTUS? I’m all ears if a lawyer wants to break it down for me why it took so long. Just feel like if it were anyone else, theyd already be in prison.

Acting AG Todd Blanche: "While this case is unique, and this indictment stands out because of the name of the defendant, his alleged conduct is the same kind of conduct that we will NEVER tolerate, and that we will always investigate, and regularly prosecute."

Mike Davis Predicts James Comey Will Be CONVICTED Comey was so stupid to make the “8647” seashell Instagram post in North Carolina — after two assassination attempts on Trump. “James Comey knew exactly what he was doing here… He was talking about killing President Trump, which is a federal crime. You cannot make threats against the President of the United States. That’s one felony. You can’t transmit those threats online. That’s a separate felony.” “And so that’s why the citizens of the Eastern District of North Carolina returns this two-count indictments against James Comey for felony charges.“ If Comey did this in a Virginia Democrat stronghold, he may have gotten away with it. But the North Carolina jury will likely convict him. “I say to James Comey: ‘Go to hell. And in the meantime, good luck at trial.’”
