As an American, I like living in Europe. But the things I like are mostly legacy features. And those benefits are fading as the modern policies (especially 3rd world invasion, climate alarmism) bite deeper. And the downsides are largely mitigated by me being American. Many of those legacy benefits were also largely promoted/funded by the US as a counterweight to communism. So even the upsides still largely owe their existence to America.
