@FCB_AKS Yes he has done it multiple times, but the execution and the scripting was excellent here. And we can live without comparing the two, both are legends.

I just finished watching this and I have one thing to say. How the hell someone even compete with this man? He's always pushing the limits, first it was editing and now its storytelling. What a brilliant way to review a phone, covering each and every aspect in such detail without making it about the spec sheet. For me this is now the benchmark of how a smartphone should be reviewed. @Mrwhosetheboss 🐐

@Suspiria451 @JuicyGooser1 @Hieraaetus Daemon's kid's aesthetically make even less sense than Rhaenyra and Laenor's, you're right, but it's not a key plot point and a "are they, aren't they?" situation around who their parents are and so you can more easily suspend your disbelief about it and just let it slide

White people are stubbornly ignorant to this fact even in the face of real life examples. Meghan Markle, Patrick Mahomes & other BIRACIALS produce white-looking kids.

Ceesay is probably a fine actor cast for his merits - ppl will sadly no doubt be cruel to him - and I reckon he'll do a fine job, but I do wish they would stop doing these strange castings. it's not just weird setting-wise, but has caused a fairly enormous plot hole in the first season of HotD

It's supposed to be a little bit in doubt whether Rhaenyra's kids are bastards or not. It's likely that they are but hair colour does do weird things in our own world, it's not always one to one, same in their world. Skin colour though is far more predictable and makes it extremely obvious that they aren't Laenor's kids - it's an evident fact to anyone that can see them. It's a subtle difference, but an important one. It makes the "looking the other way" vibe that the show goes for FAR more believable when the only telling factor is the hair colour, the skin colour just makes this element silly.

This would be like making a sports movie about the greatest team ever assembled that's an overwhelming favorite in every game and obliterates every opponent on the way to a perfect season. The one point of conflict doesn't occur until after raising the trophy when an underdog at the end baits them into playing games on a mountainous desert field, doesn't show up to the game, and drops boulders on the field while poisoning their Gatorade. And later killing a star player while killing or possibly seducing another.

If they just made a separate website called "YouTube LIVE" and you logged in with the same account, all your subscriptions were the same, and it showed exclusively live content and kept YouTube as uploaded videos only, it would fucking KILL. I've always read that scene as Eren speaking through Kruger. This is why when he's telling Mikasa and Armin the memories of his father in the present day there are at least two shots of him sitting on the wall next to Grisha, in the place of Kruger. Further, Kruger doesn't actually know all of the info that he has about the Founding Titan - how could he? These are all Eren's words. Additionally, that's why Kruger seems a little confused after saying it.

I may be wrong on this, but the thing that always throws me off is that he's supposed to be resetting the scenario and his actions impacting what happens so that different things occur and he doesn't die, right? Sometimes that felt like what was happening, but a lot of the time it felt like he went back in time and characters just did *wildly* different things whether he interacted with them or not, which made the whole thing feel quite random to me and less of a "oo can he figure out what he needs to do to butterfly effect his way to surviving?" which is what I think would have felt a lot more satisfying, and more "what's gonna randomly happen when he resets this time?"

It's painful that people actually agree with them making content changes to try and fix bot issues. There were countless bots at Rogues Castle last week that I saw with 160m+ Thieving XP that did nothing but thieve until prayer ran out, died, and repeat... They're so easy to see - just ban them.

Aren't these data centres usually built close to big lakes and other such which wouldn't be drunk by humans without being treated anyway? I'm guessing that the amount of water within the human drinking cycle is very small compared to the total?

@Fray_OSRS @NervousBirdArt @apralky In this case I meant irradiating or otherwise polluting water and eeturning it to the environment in a polluted state. Even polluted water can be treated of course, but it's rendered at least temporarily undrinjable by humans

like any good humanist I've been optimistically waiting for the normies to finally start internalizing the (very simple) existential risk argument and move on from the asinine water party-line but it's been about 2 years now and I'm really starting to feel like a parent slowly coming to the ominous realization that his 3-year-old who has yet to speak a word might just be stunted
