President Trump can sign all the executive orders he wants. It won't change the United States Constitution. States run their elections, not the President of the United States, not the Department of Homeland Security.

Not ti mention the post office is not really a federal institution of the executive branch. The president’s control is limited.

I agree with Trump’s argument but my fear is this will push justices like Roberts and Barrett in the opposite direction because it will increase their concerns about optics.

Wow. President Trump just revealed that he will show up in person to the Supreme Court as the justices hear arguments over ending Birthright Citizenship. "This was about the babies of slaves... It didn't have to do with the protection of multimillionaires and billionaires wanting to have their children get an American citizenship." He's 100% right. The current policy has never been argued before the Court and it is completely insane. The 14th Amendment was written to grant citizenship to slaves and their children after the Civil War, not the children of illegals or birth tourists from the CCP. Time to end the insanity.

Canada and Europe may be in the same latitudes but the weather is not the same based on latitudes. The gulf stream gives Europe a different climate than Canada per square mile averages.

No, this is allowable, if the states want to use a federal institution, then the federal institution (federal powers separate from state powers) can handle how they permit federal mail to be used.
AGAIN... States can run their own mail, but States cannot force the federal government to follow State rules.
States run their elections.
The federal government runs the post office.

The president has power over the post office, which is NOT a state level institution.
Absolutely a state runs elections, but a state doesn't have regulatory authority over federal mail system, and how the post office classifies ANY type of mail piece.
This EO doesn't prohibit states from using mail. It restricts the post office in the sense of how it classifies ballot mail, and how the post office -a federal level institution - can assist states in their balloting procedures. States can create their own state level post offices if they dem necessary to facilitate mail on ballots however they see fit, and can even use private companies like FedEx, UPS, etc if they do not want to be restricted through federal mail classification processes.
