@TonyMetroMLB Singling out Baty for a poor start among Mets hitters isn’t very fair. Throw a dart at the starting lineup and you’re going to hit someone at or under the Mendoza line. A few outbursts but mostly SOSO.

Got to call it how it is- Brett Baty has had a very bad start to the season. He’s hitting just .222 and has yet to draw a walk in 36 plate appearances while striking out 10 times.
