NEW: Singer D4vd sits stone-faced during his hearing where his lawyers entered a plea of not guilty to the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas. Officials say D4vd (David Burke) allegedly killed Rivas when she threatened to expose his s*xual relations with her (a minor) because he was worried it would destroy his music career. Burke "allegedly murdered her, cut up her body and stuffed her body in two bags that were placed in the front trunk of his car," a DA statement said. Rivas allegedly went to Burke's house on April 23, 2025, and was never heard from again. Officials believe she was murdered around this date and was dismembered two weeks later. Her body wasn't found until September 8th, one day after what would have been her 15th birthday. Burke was charged with first-degree murder with special circumstances of lying in wait, murder of a witness to an investigation, and murder for financial gain. He was also charged with lewd and lascivious s*xual acts with an individual under 14 years old.

People try to lump ADOS and FBA into the same category, when they are not the same. ADOS has a plan at least, FBA does not. ADOS is ok acknowledging they have leaders speaking on its behalf, FBA tries to deny such. FBA tries to act like they are encompassing of all the other acronyms, but they are not. They just aren’t doing any actual work so they have to coattail ride off others.
