Yaşarken tanıma şansına sahip olduğum ve bununla gurur duyduğum insanlardan biridir. Karadeniz'in devrimci evladı Kazım koyuncu, daha ilk tanıştığımızda mütevazı tavırlarıyla saygımı kazanmıştı. Yöresel müziği ulusal müzik haline getirebilmiş, hepimizin gönlünde kendine yer edinmişti. Derin, anlamlı, güzel şarkıların insanıydı. "İşte gidiyorum" diyerek yaşananların değil duruşun önemli olduğunu gösterdi hepimize mesela. Bu ülkenin devrimcileri seni hiç unutmadı, unutmayacak Kazım Koyuncu.
