I can confirm that I'll be partnering with NVidia to make Critterrupters DLSS 5 compatible on launch. It really can produce mind boggling graphics!

@Annieversevt @SGS__Games Oh, it makes more sense when you're asking if you're safe. I thought you were going to patent your battle system. As Chrono says, you're generally pretty safe when it comes to reusing game mechanics (i am not a lawyer)

Weird question, maybe. But is it possible that battle systems can be patented? I have a gaming system in mind for battling purposes specifically that combines 2 already existing gaming systems. It would be just inspiration, and with my own imagination I would build it.

@thomasbrushdev Not too good. Wasn't much content creator pickup from 120 keys sent, so I'm accelerating to a steam playtest quicker than planned.

@mirrutatep I'm working on Critterrupters where players can choose either Hangolin, Wallablaze or Aguatto. Each one starts with a different ability, so your progression through the game will be different with each one!
