@GIGMobility I booked a ticket online for my dad with a 6:05 AM departure and instructions to check in 30 minutes before. We rushed down here early only to be told the bus will leave by 7:30 AM. This is very poor communication and a waste of passengers’ time. Please do better.

@GIGMobility A 30 mins lateness is fine but an hour for a 15-16hours drive with a speed limit that is slow. If you Mondays are slow customer days you indicate it in your portal then I find other transmit. Waking up by 4:25am to a bus leaving by 7:50 is not a joke. @GIGMobility

@GIGMobility Your insistence additional payment for rescheduling is ridiculous and outrageous + all the delays and the bus taking off 30 minutes late + plus stopping for another 30 minutes to pick passengers make your services an ugly experience. All the hype about GIG make no sense.
