@Mortdog Request: Can you go into more detail in one of these episodes on when a game balancer should focus on meta change vs. meta balance? I left a longer YouTube comment on this subject with your T-Hex example, but that's what it boils down to.

@max_wish Also vouch for @watanabe_kai_ . Track record of running events, including the sudden Project PBE for 16.6 unlock changes. Also every Project PBE by nature has been international, don't think that would be an issue for him.

I would be absolutely shocked, shocked I say... If @TFT_Academy doesn't pick up Cambulee and skip the open qualifier. I would read a Cam tier list and have his voice on ACAD overlay. We can be living the dream in NA where it's CTG vs. VIT vs. ACAD turf war.

Hey folks. Normally we wouldn't post in progress patch notes, but I know a lot of competitive folks are looking to practice PBE this weekend to get ready for Regionals. So in order to make sure everyone has the info, I'll be posting updates to the patch notes as they progress. Below are the notes that will be in todays PBE deploy and for the weekend, so if you practice, this is what you can expect. PLEASE NOTE - These are not remotely final notes for 16.6. They don't contain much response to 16.5, and haven't been fully simmed or anything. It's very likely we see more changes early next week. Again, this is so people practicing know what they are practicing on. If you have any questions or feedback after playing, please don't hesitate to hit us up. Thanks all :)

@Dishsoaptft My (possibly misplaced) concern right now is that unlockables make committing early even more important. In other words, the mechanic greatly increases the total number of possible end game boards, but not the total number of decisions inside a singular game. Curious how it plays

I know the meme is that tft influencers always hype up next set for fun. Let it be known I have not done that a single time, you can check. I do believe next set will be the goat.

@sph1nXzy First TFT player I've seen to mention The Bazaar. Always found it interesting how so few TFT players play strategy games. Feels like many of them exclusively play Riot games. Only TFT, League, and Valorant. Will never touch another game even if they "hate" Riot lol

Floor 13 ✅ Set 15 Ladder goal ✅ Trials Day 2 ⏳ Qualify to 1st Cup ⌛️ Regionals ⌛️🤡 Insane string of games, I think I've had 3 bot 4s in my last 30 including Trials and all were 6ths. Really proud of the work I've put in this set, might not seem like much but I always have a fire lit under me to prove myself when I read viewers don't appreciate casts on main broadcast or think it's plat yappers. Shoutout to @BrosephTft @wasianiverson @marcelpclash @DalesomHS @LearningTFT @GMBluee @Frodan for either being excellent streamers/players to learn from or for offering some of the best learning resources/infrastructure in TFT.

@max_wish TFT still needs an extension that allows viewers to read what a champion, augments, items, etc. by just clicking on the screen. So many strategy games have this. It allows people who like TFT, but stopped playing it to watch. Would help the events AND regular streams.

These are players who are ‘one-tricking’ and have found something that works for them very consistently. If you want to learn/master a comp, sometimes you have to seek out someone who’s gone through the process of figuring out a comp -inside and out. We therefore created a page to help others discover these unique players.

@Deis1k Yeah I think we are going to see this board spike in popularity, with Varus Akali duo late game. Fill out with Poppy / Lee / Zyra / whatever else you hit. Really expensive, but could see it being a high gold option.

I'm also sure that Kaisa 2 is a decent carry for lvl-up variations with Akali as the main carry.
