Trade Idea: $VNOM did a #FishJump back to above water, after 1 year of consolidation, cleared a weekly key-level, and tested. The current geopolitics weather should also support it.

#NatGas Cycle low is a few weeks away but we have seasonal strength and secular tailwinds from LNG and data center buildout with looming energy crisis due to the Middle East conflict
-The set up this year is exceptional with $3 starting point
-Commercials (red on second chart) are max long
-We are one heat wave away from $10 HH
-The cheapest asset class right now and IMO best trade on the board

18M cycle low in #natgas confirmed and came right on time. Front month contract hit $7+ and has now been rolled and is trading sub $4 which gives decent upside still next few weeks. NatGas Equities haven’t really moved so have an opportunity to DCA.

Hard to ignore the massive uptick in volume. Cleary price cuts to GLP-1 is going to hurt the bottom line, but $NVO fundamentals are these price levels remain very attractive.

If Novo Nordisk closes red again today (down -2% atm), that's 9 consecutive negative days. $NVO If you zoom out a little further, if we close down today, 18 of the last 23 trading sessions were down days. That's a lot of negative momentum.

And the share declines in 2020 and 2022 were not market corrections
But it is very clear that we are coming close to the end of a 17 year economic cycle
Between 2000 - 2008 the market was difficult and only moved sideways, this caused a very aggressive Bull Market from 2009 onwards as a rebound
Now valuations and technicals are stretched again
When Cycle Wave 5 ends and it will, there will be a reset
What you have experienced since October 10th is nothing compared to what can happen next.
