(build numbers reset once before when we hit 10k) 📊Stats: - Average 4 full builds per day (Not counting incremental builds which don't get archived) - 12,000+ man hours (I work avg 10-12 hrs per day on the game) People can't even begin to understand how much time, effort, and passion goes into an indie game like this.

Durante casi cinco años he trabajado prácticamente en soledad desde Dark Reaper Studio, construyendo cada sistema, cada enemigo, cada escenario y cada línea de historia de este mundo. Un proyecto enorme para una sola persona. Un sueño que muchas veces parecía imposible. Hyperborea nació primero como una idea… y luego como una historia. Un mundo antiguo donde cinco grandes reinos —Draugrenfall, Hekanor, Winkulfall, Niflhernor y Hadir— fueron devorados por la oscuridad tras la caída de los hombres y el ascenso del hechicero Merlín. Reyes convertidos en espectros. Dragones encadenados por la magia. Ciudades enterradas bajo hielo, fuego o arena. Y en medio de esas ruinas… una última esperanza. La leyenda habla de un portador, elegido para llevar la Última Llama y devolver el amanecer a un mundo que ya no recuerda la luz. Ese es el viaje que comienza hoy. Han sido años de aprendizaje, errores, noches sin dormir, momentos de duda… y también momentos mágicos donde todo empezaba a tomar forma. Ver moverse al personaje por primera vez. Cuando empecé a programar, pasaba noches enteras paralizado frente al editor. No por falta de ideas, sino por exceso de ellas. Sabía exactamente qué tenía que hacer. El archivo estaba abierto. El cursor parpadeaba. Y yo no escribía nada. Años después entendí que eso no era bloqueo. Era cobardía disfrazada de perfeccionismo. El día que dejé de planear tanto y empecé a escribir código basura que funcionaba, la ansiedad desapareció. No porque el código fuera bueno, sino porque, al fin, me estaba moviendo.

On paper, my game is a terrible financial decision: - $10,000 needed in sales to recoup dev expenses. - $50,000 to cover 3000~ hours I’m investing (at minimum wage). - $60,000+ is where it actually becomes profitable. - First solo game, unknown dev That's a huge number, and unlikely to get achieved.
