We really appreciate your patience. You did the right thing with the cron job. The backup files disappearing entirely isn't expected and we'll flag that now. If you don't mind sharing, we'd like to know what OS you are using and whether you were running bare metal or Docker. This would help us track down the issue.

@GameVoxApp I took matters into my own hands and set up a cron job to back up the binaries and the backup files. The files were no longer on the disk for some reason I can’t quite figure out. It’s experimental, so it’s ‘okay’, but still a bit of a pain.

Hello! This is a known issue with a recent binary. The fix: open Server Settings → Server, click "Build New Binary," download it, and replace the one you're running. Should come online within seconds. For the missing backups: check your data/backups/ folder directly; the files may still be on disk even if the server can't surface them right now. If you have an older binary saved, that works as a quick fallback too. We're very sorry about that. Thank you for flagging it! 😊
