#jeremyvine just listening to the debate on the crisis in A&E. What i am hearing is as an NHS manager, it is my fault??? Spend the day with me to see what I do then judge. It is an easy blame when you have no other argument. Stop the government constantly restructuring the NHS!

@HMRCcustomers He has recently TUPE'd from one company to another. The new tax code was issued in error. I resolved via another agent who was very helpful but the first agent this morning rude, would not listen and racist comment are not acceptable.

@HMRCcustomers @HMRCgovuk i am disgusted by your customer service agent this morning. My husband called to query his new tax code but your agent did not listen and then commented "you do realise we have to pay tax in this country"!!! So you think this is acceptable behaviour!!!

@Gazzane Hi Ruth, We can send emails in regards to returned post and this can block the students payments. I would advise the student contacts by phone if they cannot access their account. We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4pm. Thanks, Drew 0300 1/2
