@jcpenney your customer service is no help. Trying to return clothes bought late Dec. 60 day window ended on 22 but the place we live was hit by blizzard and everything was closed last 2 days. Not good service

@jcpenney question - I get a Christmas gift and its the wrong size. If I go to the store with no receipt and want to exchange it for the right size. Why is store 0702-1 telling me I get the 45 day low price on the return and have to pay the difference for the size I want???
