We posted a preprint, "Clonal dynamics of monozygotic twinning in early human embryogenesis" biorxiv.org/content/10.110…. This study revealed 3 types of identical twins ( para-, sub-, and full-identical), according to cellular lineage dynamics prior to embryonic splitting. @cjyoon__

Our work, published in Genome Research this week (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40858362/), reports that APOBEC3A, not APOBEC3B, is the dominant DNA mutator in human normal cells, surprisingly. Many thanks @HFSP for support, and all authors, particularly Yohan, Ji-Hyun, Joonoh and BK!

Today I got to meet a hero of mine, Prof Eunjoon Kim (left) from @kaistpr and @IBS_media. I was lucky to mentor his former PhD student @changukchung (middle) who recently joined KAIST as a Prof. What a day!
