Two Virginia residents complained the temporary “Claw” structure was too ugly and filed for a temporary restraining order. U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta denied it, ruling they showed no real concrete injury and waited too long (the event has been public knowledge since last year). The fights are on for June 14 — part of America’s 250th anniversary celebration on President Trump’s 80th birthday. Dana White and the UFC crew can breathe easy.
