Szoboszlai wasn’t ‘blaming’ those supporters who left early. He said he understood the anger/frustration and admitted the players underperformed and lost control in that dreadful second half.
His point was that in difficult times sticking together is important and he’s right.

Remember this. When Slot does eventually leave, players either indirectly or via reports WILL comment on how the intensity is back in training, that they train more now (again) and <more importantly> enjoy training again.

@philmcnulty Not the first time it’s happened this season either. Fans fed up of Slots passive style. Was lucky to keep his job after losing 9 in 12 I’ve no idea how he’s still in a job cos Liverpool have not improved. Relying on a 17 year old to get the crowd going says it all.

Thought Spurs deserved that point. A vast improvement (not difficult) on recent performances. Liverpool lacked urgency and creation - and Anfield certainly let the players and Arne Slot know about it at the final whistle.

Completely, inexcusably abject from Liverpool - the worst result of a horrible season. It may well be the case that this league no longer allows you to play good football, but ineffectiveness isn't compulsory, too. How can Arne Slot possibly make the case to stay this summer?
