My tour tickets by getyourguide declined my full refund request! All my hotels booked through booking com got refund although booking is non-refunded!

We paid almost £100 for 2 people to view the colloseum in Rome and they sent a wassap to say because of the rain they will send tickets instead of meeting us at the meeting point. The tickets had a face value of £24 each!!

@GetYourGuide Booked Kayak Tour in NZ this Feb, while cancelled by bad weather. Call your CSR she refused and said only helping to do escalation, sent me a email for filling information, then nothing more. Shame of you charging customers w/out supplying services!!!
