@MathsBlast This year? Really? KS2 maths is Wednesday and Thursday, tests cannot be taken early. Papers are sent off to be marked and results day is July 9th so clearly this is just fake.

@BraaiKing_Bad So long as schools realise results are not on till 730 and actually have some patience. 16,000 schools trying to access at the same time is bound to cause slowness.

@DVLAgovuk how do I speak to someone to chase my licence. Waiting since June, spoke to someone end of Nov & was advised there is no timescale, no one answers calls. I urgently need an answer. Please advise how I can get a call back….or speak to someone ASAP

@GezzaSmith I am sorry Geraldine, I cannot find a reason for this but this can happen when a bus suddenly needs to return to the depot, I hope you have been able to board another service.

@nxwestmidlands Which one do I use, the bus service in evening is terrible so I want to make sure I have the correct app. I was advised not to use the National Express West Midlands app, now you say don’t use NX Bus either so can you tell which I need?

@nxwestmidlands To Walsall - you can only go one way from that stop. Now on a bus but every evening the bus is never on time, shows on the schedule and disappears. Really poor service

@nxwestmidlands It arrived 5 mins late and has now been sitting at lower bull street since. Why have a timetable? The one after 17:00 should have been 17:07 so why is this not moving 🤦🏻‍♀️

@GezzaSmith Hi Geraldine, if a service disappears from the digital board this would mean there are delays affecting the service and we are unable to precisely confirm when the service will arrive at your stop. I hope you did manage to board a service without any other issues.

@nxwestmidlands Is there a new service called ‘Not in Service’ Everyday there are delays and when a bus is due a Not In Service bus shows up in its place 🤷🏻‍♀️

@nxwestmidlands Hi, please can you ensure that if the screens on the buses are on that they work correctly? When flickering and flashing it is not good at all for epilepsy sufferers. If they are faulty surely they can be turned off. Thanks

@nxwestmidlands Yes but there were 2 missing, the app stated due TWICE and then disappeared. I’ve had so many issues with the bus services this week, it’s ridiculous. Why should I pay £61 a month for buses that don’t show?!
