If your feeling stuck or at a standstill changing your surroundings/environment will help your brain rethink solutions Recently, I was feeling stuck on how to grow this brand that I’m an exclusive distributor of. It’s a very niche target demo and I felt like whatever I did things would not change. This is a brand that I’ve grown from $50,000 a year on Amazon to now doing a couple hundred thousand dollars a year. I knew there was room to grow further but couldn’t figure it out I booked a three day ticket to mehico to lock in and figure this shit out Mind was shifted and ideas were flowing When I came back to NY I had a detailed plan about how I’m gonna grow this brand to $2M/yr on Amazon within 36 months Now all I have to do is repeat this for the other 12 brands I sell😅

The biggest change I'm making this year is to pull myself completely out of the cycle of Bulking, cutting, or trying to build a specific superhero physique - I'm doing movement 7 days a week - I'll stay under 15 % body fat - I'll do cardio 5-6 day/week - Not counting calories - Detachment from chasing big numbers on the bar - Protein is somewhere between 130-150 gram I'll put this spare energy into more meaningful and productive ways. This change is coming from a place of understanding and not some out-of-the-blue decision. Staying Fit and Making people Fit will be the top-most priority. Carrying a good-looking social media standard physique is an additional Luxury.
