The $100 CNC I got on Facebook marketplace seems to be working just fine. Next up is running some G code and making my first cut! I also need to add some limit switches before I inevitably crash this thing.

Updated my @Blender "Snap to Z=0" add-on to solve another minor gripe I had with Blender: centering a 3D model! Before exporting a 3D model I always do the same two things: snap bottom to Z0, and center over the origin. Now instead of a bunch of clicks, it's only three! 🔥

LuBan did the job. Finally got the right combination to get the part sliced with the keys and chamfer the sliced edges to make it easier to putty. Almost 4 days of printing. I should have Spider-Man together by then. I really hope this base works out as well as the other one.
