@GoAssist FOUR, yes four weeks and still waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed. Promised daily someone will get back to me. Promised that the engineer will be contacted. STILL nothing done. Still waiting. Left as a young widow with children and no dishwasher. How to add stress.

@GoAssist My tip is don't use @GoAssist under any circumstances! The irony here is hilarious. Their engineer forgot to plug in the part I needed, resulting in water damage to my floor. 4 months later fridge still not fixed and they're still avoiding blame and asking for more £££ to return!

@GoAssist absolutely appalling service. Happy to take my money but 4months later dishwasher still not working and no date in sight. Refused a refund. Don’t go near them they are awful.

@GoAssist Engineer came last week, refused to wear a mask, parked in a permit only space and refused to move, spent 5 mins at flat, mumbled something about needing a part and the office would be in touch and heard nothing since. Sent 3 emails and not had a single response.

@GoAssist I’ve had to complain to you now 4 times. Your agent @CapitalRepairs has visited 3 times and broken my oven (more) twice. I don’t want them back. Your service is appalling and you are both total cowboys. You insist on upfront payment but don’t deliver. Don’t use!

@GoAssist living up only the to first part of their name. Weeks of chasing, nothing fixed and they just seem to have taken our money and gone. Avoid these guys, they outsource it all and leave you to deal with any issues.

@GoAssist Thus far, after nearly a month waiting for a simple tumble drier drive belt replacement the only thing that’s gone from Go is money from my Credit Card! I have been repeatedly told - across 3 weeks - that the part is “hopefully 1 or 2 days” away. Very unimpressed.
