The rates are 🤯! You can find the link below but I've shared of the highlights in this table (and keep in mind these are heavily negotiated rates - if you hire McKinsey you’re likely paying more): On @GoCatalant $300 / hr gets you someone with 20 years experience, maybe some consulting firm experience, and definitely real, in-seat operating experience. That's equal to or less than people at large firms with basically no real experience.
