This is getting put to the top of my Twitter feed until a time in the future when women feel safe secure and valued for the sex class we are. We are not a costume or a feeling or a set of stereotypes. We deserve better

The SNP had no problem with T Carragher's support of Linden, and treatment of his victims, when I reported it back in 2023. The only reason she's been suspended now is to avoid constant qus on the campaign trail. I'd be very surprised if she didn't quietly return after election.

Michael "Lauren" Jeska Jeska terrorized the women's fell running scene in the UK for years, taking 3 consecutive English Fell running championship titles along with a Welsh (WFRA) title. When officials questioned Jeska's eligibility, declaring his results void as he failed to comply with the rules, he took two knives to the UK Athletics office and proceeded to stab Ralph Knibbs, head of human resources, in the head and neck in an attack eyewitnesses describe "as though [he] were trying to skewer meat." He also injured the two men who tried to intervene. Knibbs suffered a stroke in the attack and was subsequently disabled. Jeska continues to serve his sentence for attempted murder. He still holds women's parkrun records and is being held in a women's prison.

After being told he’s a male with a DSD if he still identifies as a woman at that point then he fits the definition of trans — he now knows that he’s male but he identifies as a woman (ie trans).

She is intersex, which is when your bodies chromosomes dont align with the sex your body is born with. That isnt trans. She was born a woman, and IS a woman.

If it had not been for @WRNScotland (all volunteers) doing the research this would never have come to light. They gathered evidence from across all health boards to build a coherent picture. Scotland has a very well funded women’s advocacy organisation (Engender) whose job is to make “women’s inequality visible” through its research - but it ‘missed’ this scandal. The job of the National Advisory Council on Women and Girls, also very well funded, is to advise the First Minister on issues affecting women and girls. They ‘missed’ this too. The FM is “horrified”. No wonder.

Why do they "deserve" love & support? No group of people can demand unearned love. They really are not overlooked. For years, every demand was granted, even as women's rights were dangerously eroded. Saying women need single-sex service isn't hate & it's despicable to frame it as such.
