Jared Allen said, "When I talk about fear, I'm not talking about that fear that cripples you." "I'm talking about that healthy fear of failure...Fear that motivates you to do whatever you can to succeed." The goal is to focus on growth not avoidance.

You don't remember the teacher who gave you the easy A. You remember the one who wouldn't let you quit. Dan Hurley just described every great coach. Discipline. Accountability. Commitment. And a bond with players that the cameras never capture.🔥

Hall of Fame @CoachCalArk on what makes GREAT players GREAT: 🚗💨 Your identity drives your habits, your habits determine your outcomes. 🔂 Your life produces what your identity repeats. 🎭 Don't fake it until you make it... Fake it until you BECOME it. Change who you are, and what you do will follow. Change what you do, and what you get will follow.

Warren Buffett explains that one of the greatest advantages in investing is that stocks are often mispriced, and that is exactly how he and Charlie Munger built their wealth. Drawing from The Intelligent Investor, Buffett describes the market as a partner called "Mr. Market," but one that behaves irrationally, shifting between optimism and pessimism and frequently offering prices that make little sense. The key is to remember that Mr. Market is there to serve you, not guide you, and you are never required to act on every price he offers. Instead, you wait patiently, and when the market makes a mistake, you take advantage of it.

BUSINESSMAN vs ENTREPRENEUR: Same product. Same price ($4). Totally different mindset. Left: Sells whole watermelons - simple, transactional, limited upside. Right: Turns one watermelon into fresh juice, slices + convenience - adds massive value, multiplies profit, solves customer pain (no mess, ready to drink!). Lesson: Don't just sell what you have. Innovate. Create value. Transform ordinary into extraordinary.

Don’t be shocked if you wake up and oil is $150 per barrel. ATH: July 11, 2008; oil traded at $147 per barrel (both WTI and Brent), that’s without a supply shock like today. The risk is clearly to the upside, shorts have been building, will be forced to cover at higher prices. Risks to equity, economy is greater than what’s being priced today.
