Jeff just sent me his new labs and I was fired up reading them His cholesterol has been high for as long as he can remember. Before we started it was dangerously high and he was on meds. Now every marker — including cholesterol — is significantly improved. We didn’t do anything extreme. We built structure. Got consistent. Cleaned up the basics. That’s real progress.
