Need PDX models for Lymphoma research? Check out our newest preprint: biorxiv.org/content/10.648… We generated and molecularly characterized 48 new models, including 23 from post-CAR T relapse biopsies. All are available to academic researchers through MTA. #lmsm

I would prefer as an author that reviewers have the time they need to review the paper carefully. 4 days does not mean a lot in the life of a study that has taken multiple years.

10 day reviews: Is there any data to show that a 10 day reviewer deadline translates to a 4 day quicker turn-around time for authors? When the 4 day reduction in deadline removes a weekend from the review period it makes it much to spend the necessary time on the paper.

This provides an initial framework for understanding spatially resolved cellular ecosystems in DLBCL, highlighting how microenvironment architecture can shape disease biology. But we are just scratching the surface.

Interestingly, lymphomas of immune privileged sites (CNS & testis) have abundant T cells in close contact with tumor B cells that show evidence of activation and cytotixicity, but also hallmarks of exhaustion.

Thrilled to share our 1st preprint (!) on @biorxiv “Molecular and cellular dynamics of measurable residual disease (#MRD) progression in myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS).” Led by the indefatigable Yu-Hsiang Chen in the lab (x.com/PhRMAfoundatio…). 👉👉biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

#PhF25 awardee Yu-Hsiang Chen, a postdoc @MDAndersonNews, is using single-cell technology to study #cancer cells that remain after stem cell transplant. Understanding these cells could help develop better treatments. @pbachi Watch the full interview: phrmafoundation.org/news-events/bl…

Ignition on, this session is all about CAR T. Michael Green (@GreenLymphoLab) dissected mechanisms of CAR T resistance, including factors that impact refractoriness, early & late progression. #ESHCONFERENCES #ESHLYMPHOID2025 Chairs: Veronika Bachanova, Martin Hutchings

@DelgoffeLab Never seen this before, but can't say I'm surprised. Glad you caught it - for now. On the bright side: mimicry is the sincerest form of flattery.

I want to share a harrowing scientific experience, without exposing too many details, to see if any of my Twitter science friends have seen the same. I was asked to review a ms from a low-mid impact journal. The title caught my eye, so I agreed, but was in for a surprise. 1/

Data sharing for publication: We need a better solution than dbGAP and EGA. They are over-burdened, but waiting 3 months to get an accession number and even longer for data to be released is a curse to research progress. There must be another way.

For those of you who have had a hard time with papers, this was a doozie. Several editorial desk rejections, all for different reasons, and then an extensive 41-page rebuttal required for revision at Blood. All told, ~2 years from first submission to acceptance. Just keep at it!!

Now online, a monster effort from Haopeng Yang & Wenchao Zhang in collaboration with Fernando Rodrigues-Lima @univ_paris_cite: Blunted CD40-responsive enhancer activation in CREBBP-mutant lymphomas can be restored by enforced CD4 T-cell engagement. #lmsm ashpublications.org/blood/article/…

Why is it that journals do not have the same data sharing standards for pharma as they do for academia? There is always a vague statement that you can email the company to request the data. But, after you've told the company all your ideas, the answer is invariably no.
