On 9/5/18, we lost Greg O’Neill, our founder/chief editor. He was the site’s heart & soul, so we will carry it on after a hiatus as a tribute to him & his love for DC, its places, &—most importantly—its people. A celebration of life will be held later & we will post details here.

@LauraHayesDC @TheEventsDC Was a great event early. Things to change: 1) require eventbrite tix, 2) give people numbers in stall lines, 3) bigger space, more staff, 4) one dish per stall & make sample size.

I’m not there, but got some answers from @TheEventsDC for those waiting in line for night market. “The RSVP on Eventbrite does not guarantee entry. We are continuing to admit guests with proof of vaccine and will continue to do so unless capacity is reached per fire marshall.”
