Since the Ministry of Civil Aviation has effectively abdicated its policymaking role, ordinary citizens are being pushed to seek recourse in the Supreme Court prompting the government to respond with cosmetic, low-hanging measures. I am given to believe, employees too may soon be forced to approach the courts at significant personal risk to flag safety concerns particularly in the case of an airline that appears to operate under unusually unchecked protection.
