Your Facebook team has responded and has now been very helpful. Please thank them for that. They confirmed there is a 3 attempt limit to e-file, which is a frustrating experience because there is no indication in the UI that is the cause, and many hours was wasted on this trying to resolve the false error message of a data mismatch.
If you have a customer feedback arena please add: either increase that limit, provide the ability to reset it upon identify verification with support, and present it in the UI clearly as the blocker. Thank you.

@HRBlock Your technician is telling me I only get 3 attempts to e-file and then I have to print and mail it. We should be able to correct issues and resubmit at least more than 3 times. Is this accurate? Note the IRS still says they received when I submit. Please tell this technician to reset this limit. 3 is unreasonably low for something as complex as a tax return. I've been using this software for 10+ years.
