On September 18th, 2020, I baked my son Mark his very last birthday cake. He was skateboard-obsessed, full of life, and turning 11. Exactly 11 days later, on September 29th, my beautiful boy left this world. Mark Iskander 9.18.09 – 9.29.20 Forever 11:11 ❤️

Here is the list of arguments brought up at appeal by Rebecca Grossman’s attorneys- ELEVEN! The appellate court ruled in our favor and denied each one of the 11. On appeal, Grossman contends: (1) the court gave erroneous instructions on implied malice; (2) the evidence was insufficient to establish implied malice and hit and run; (3) the court applied the wrong standard for subjective implied malice in deciding the motion for new trial; (4) the court abused its discretion by admitting character evidence and evidence that was unduly prejudicial; (5) the prosecution improperly argued a theory of guilt in Grossman’s trial that was inconsistent with its theory in the prosecution of former codefendant Scott Erikson; (6) the court erred by refusing to suppress statements Grossman made to officers during a custodial interrogation in violation of her Miranda2 rights; (7) the court erred in denying Grossman’s request, pursuant to Franks v. Delaware (1978) 438 U.S. 154 (Franks), for an evidentiary hearing on her motion to traverse the warrant used to obtain a blood sample; (8) the court erred in denying Grossman’s motion to suppress blood sample evidence under the Fourth Amendment; (9) the court abused its discretion by excluding evidence that Grossman sought to introduce in her defense; (10) the court erred by finding true the aggravating factor that the victims were particularly vulnerable; and (11) the court abused its discretion by ordering destroyed all identifying information obtained from jurors during voir direher Miranda2 rights; (7) the court erred in denying Grossman’s request, pursuant to Franks v. @gracieback2 Dr. Phil is a joke!! This man was paid off by Peter Grossman to be interviewed to defend his wife's murderer REBECCA GROSSMAN who killed two young boys while driving 85 in a residential neighborhood with her boy toy!! Keep her locked up for life. Dr. Phil is a desperate man

Dr. Phil actually makes a very good point regarding this SUPPOSED kidnapping. He points out that normally a kidnapper doesn’t go public with their demands and send letters to a news station like TMZ, etc., and the family replying on an Instagram account using lines from .. Silence of the Lambs is getting uncomfortable. When you want your loved one back it doesn’t normally become public because if you want your loved one back its more important than wanting them to be caught.

I had an extremely hard thanksgiving missing my sons who weren’t at the table. I coped by keeping my heart and mind busy. The more pain the harder I prayed for someone else. So, If you’ve ever met me, I probably asked God to bless you by name this Thanksgiving. 🙂

If kids are spending six hours on a computer screen, they need time afterward for physical activity. LAUSD needsbto open up playgrounds and outdoor facilities and let coaches coach. Others will be doing it.

Unfortunately we had another passing today. Dr. Glenn Lowenberg lost his battle with cancer today. He will be greatly missed not only for all that he did for the kids in our baseball program but as a friend. Our thoughts are with his Family today. 🙏🏼 can’t thank him enough!!!
