Important insight re: the upcoming operations decision and delays. This decision is not delaying the LRT.

@alexzafer This will not delay things in any way. We’re required to make a recommendation to Metrolinx. What we recommend is up to us and what they approve is up to them. The only delay so far has been the Mayor pushing this forward by about a month + the cybersecurity incident.
