@HardeesUAE first time in my life to receive a burger and fries or scraps of fries, which I assume have been waiting for over an hour. All to be the same temperature as my drink, which was also wrong. Coupled with a rude employee on the phone 👍🏻 Well done!

@HardeesUAE sat waiting for 2 hours, calling multiple agents only to find out it’s been cancelled. Been eating at hardees for over 30 years & won’t be in the future. Agents have terrible customer service, don’t call back, then lied and cancelled my order claiming it was talabat

@HardeesUAE Ordered wraptor twin deal with 2 wraptors 1sandwich 2 fries 1 drink. But only recieved 1 wraptor and 1 fries..no support from Hardee's store personal and very rude behavior and just giving me plastic bag to call the number on it for support

Since when did @HardeesUAE stop accepting orders at the counter? One server refused to take the order, saying they don't accept orders at the counter at all. Another said counter takes cash orders only. Signage would help! Also, what's beacon number? Again, signage would help!
