@steffanwatkins @SkyAlyne @steffanwatkins Hello again 👋🏻. No guessing required on this topic. As previously explained, the FAcT program aircraft will be DND-owned and registered. This does differ from the Allied Wings approach at the CT-102As. You will not see the RCAF CT-102Bs on the CCAR lists.

The 23 #RCAF CT-102B Astra II (Grob G120TP #G12T) will replace the 14 commercially-registered Allied Wings Grob G120A trainers. I believed they would be commercially registered like their predecessors, have @SkyAlyne as their registered owner, as Allied Wings are now, but someone (who I can't find now of course) at SkyAlyne said I was full of crap. Fine, we're now at the time where the rubber meets the road, and if the 5 new German G120TPs are registered commercially they'll show up in the CCAR, but they haven't yet, so I'm wrong?🤷‍♂️ But the other alternative is they will be registered to the RCAF and have Mode-S numbers in the RCAF range assigned to them, which I haven't seen yet either, so I'm right? 🤷‍♂️ They're either not flying with Canadian Mode-S numbers yet, or they're flying in violation of stated and published RCAF policy which is to not obfuscate the operation of aircraft is domestic airspace while conducting training or SAR. I guess time will tell.
