@MesutOzil1088 Mikel Arteta is a great tactical manager but Arsenal's bounce back to victory won't happen overnight, fans need to trust the process, have faith, pray & be patient. Arsenal may be having a bad startup this season but it doesn't mean the club will flop; Football is unpredictable.

@utd_Eman Nothing like confidence. Attackers miss opportunities all the time. Cunha missed one yesterday. Clear cut. Scored the next. You do not expect Mbeumo to miss and that’s wild. Salah misses SO MANY

Emmanuel Adebayor: “Arsenal can’t be scared. They have to come here telling themselves they’re coming to have fun & enjoy football. If Arsenal come here saying they HAVE to win or draw, that it’s a must - they could lose by three, four or five goals.” 🗣️

@Kihoto13840421 Tribalism wasn’t so bad when some people from regions I won’t mention were beating their big chests with talk of tyranny of numbers

Bonnie, Kenyans will never be angry enough. Most of us find comfort in tribal cocoons. We have been impoverished by our own leaders and they manage this through handouts and bursaries.
Bonnie Mwangi, CPA, LLM, MBA@MwangiBonnie

My hope is to inspire citizens around this country to rise and demand that their government acts and with common sense and business sense going forward. As THE AVERAGE CITIZEN DOES EVERY SINGLE DAY. What do I mean? By common sense, I mean that, when 100 people evaluate the reasonableness of decisions around resources, that 90% of us can agree that spending money that way was reasonable under the circumstances. By business sense, I mean that, money is used in situations where VALUE IS CREATED FOR CITIZENS. That those entrusted with leadership, do not waste hard-earned resources. When we spend 65% of revenue on ourselves, and 89% of all revenue on recurring expenditure, the result is that: By spending about 55% of the revenue on salaries for 1% in government, in the last three years, this county has diverted illegally KSH 5.5 billion in money that should have been used to build roads, hospitals, and water infrastructure to serve citizens. The outcome of that is predictable. I - as a resident of Kiambu County, have to spend KSH 10,000 a month a least to buy water because otherwise, water comes 1 day a week, for JUST ONE HOUR. That KSH 10,000 a month is another tax on citizens, the result of greed and incompetence. That KSH 5.5 billion is what is needed to fix this mess. While citizens like myself as are spending an extra KSH 10,000 a month on water, our government is wasting KSH 1.2 billion on travel in just three years. It is embarrassing. Look at the attached sample. "Esami Consultative Meeting in Tanzania". Cost? KSH 1.9 million. "Capacity Building in Dubai". Cost? KSH 15.9 million. 21 people decided that "capacity building" can only take place in Dubai. At the cost of KSH 15.9 million. "Decision Making and Governance in Dubai". Cost? KSH 7.5 million. "Governance and Oversight in Dubai". Cost? KSH 7.2 million. Think about the insanity of this situation. The law caps spending on salaries to 35% of revenue. Requires counties spend at least 30% of budget on development. In one year, 2022-2023, Wamatangi spends 65% of revenue on salaries for the 1% in government. 65%! Almost double. He ends up spending just 11% on "development" - against that 30% requirement. Now - the job of the 89 MCAs in Kiambu County is to hold him accountable, and say: When we spend 65% of revenue on ourselves, and 89% of all revenue on recurring expenditure, the resut is that: We Don't Serve Citizens. We spend only 11% on development - building hospitals and roads, as opposed to 30%. So - you cannot do it. That is their job. But, they went to Dubai to learn all about "capacity building" and "governance and oversight" - and apparently learnt nothing about "governance and oversight". Take a look at another example. Picture number 2 is - believe or not, WHAT "Governor Wamatangi Delivers" for healthcare. It is his idea of "delivering". That is about KSH 450 million worth of spensing on "hospitals". I talked about the need for common sense and business sense in government. Do you see any of that here? My friends - this illness in terminal. It is incurable. When people are this obsessed with greed and wasting taxpayer money, it is impossible to change them. WHAT WE MUST DO, is operation fagia wote. CLEAN HOUSE. ALL OF IT. They have failed their test. We must pass ours, which is, to rise up and select a team that understands the entire point and purpose of government. Which is: Service to citizens.

@Mwarubainii @wmnjoya Even politically Kenyans aren’t divided into Conservative versus Liberal. Conservatives are a clear majority. If you held a referendum on the things liberals advocate for you will know this fact. Liberals only exist on social media in Africa.

@wmnjoya Kenya is in fact among the most liberal African countries, alongside SA and a few other mostly Southern African countries...... The rest of Afra is deeply conservative

Kenyan journalists and the media in general tend to be quite conservative. So those are the views they get attracted to. In case you're interested in this "Africans are conservative" thesis, we have actually done the work of exploring those claims. youtu.be/1NrjgepUvWo?si…

Many Africans love President Trump's conservative values and straight talk. I said that on CNN and some accused me of lying. Africa is not a monolith, of course, but I travel around it full time and I meet more Trump fans than haters. Where do you stand?

One of the things I fear the most for O’Reilly is if Pep retires or he transfers to another club. Coz Lord knows no other manager other than Pep will give a left back the artistic license to play all the way up as a 10.

Cherki cost half what Madueke cost Arsenal. Less than half Sancho. And many more examples. That’s the difference between City and Arsenal/Everyone else. 115 charges? Defeat them on the pitch

Cherki is part of why I am against any sanctions against Man City.. Spent so little to get him. Best run club in England for at least half a decade now. BEAT THEM ON THE FIELD because they can be beaten.
