@Hawk_Si544 Honestly I js had to deal w this like 20 mins ago and I js told them what I wish I would’ve heard at that age but I feel like this only works if they’re younger and yk they look up to you. But other than that It would be better to hide from being open 😵‍💫

I lowkey realised i relapsed when i started tacking pictures of my meals again it wasnt the purging or the thoughts cause they were there all throughout my recovery and like only this like half assed attempted recovery are the purging and thoughts going away i think
