Yesterday I dropped off diapers and toddler clothes for some of the very newest arrivals in our area. 🇺🇸 We have quite a few young families settling here right now. One family in particular stood out, “nat agter die ore,” as the saying goes in Afrikaans. They’re probably around 22, and the husband has already started a new job. I can’t imagine taking on something this big at that age. Good for them! It’s genuinely uplifting to see how excited they all are to be here and to begin building their new lives.
