I think they did. Jalen was the first domino. He only 23 but was at 22-23 a game still gaining experience. At 25-26 he probably gon add 4-5 more points and better efficiency. Just needed time. I said this before Fred got hurt. GS and the Thunder won because they kept the core together and let them grow. They didn’t build parts to ship them off for a ready made superstar. They let them grow, take lumps, learn to win then win. That’s all rockets had to do. The sad part is they traded for the exact star where you need a perfect team where all he has to do is show up and score which is what he had in GS.
