Every sympathy to those with mageirocophobia. It is a debilitating condition. I hope that there is a public figure who can become the face of this challenging condition that affects up to some people every day with little public sympathy

@DuncanHenry78 @thefempire50 He'll be 1 of 5 or 6 managers in store, not counting Food Hall with another 6. Three or four deputy store managers and one store manager. None of them have any control over policy, although a DSM might have had more experience to handle the customer. Harassing him is not helping.

The issue is for the retailer. Raise it with the retailer. Complain to the retailer then if necessary shame the organisation not an individual.
He’s in the wrong (although filming retail worker and posting it to the internet is hardly righteous). He’s not Hitler ffs.
