I recently posted about Christianity being taboo in America and got some backlash.
Here’s the thing.
You won’t be persecuted for being a nominal Christian in America.
In fact, America loves cultural Christianity. You can say, “God bless you,” and “Merry Christmas,” and wear your WWJD swag. That’s fine.
But if you’re the kind of Christian who lives your faith; who defends Jews, calls abortion murder, is against “gender affirming care” for children, and p-rnography, you will absolutely be hated.
Just the fact that people were mocking me for saying this demonstrates my point.

It’s more of a “leaders who unjustly start wars have blood on their hands, but of course people are grossly misinterpreting this as they do with most of the things the Pope says.
