@Debenhams I raised this at the start of March, yet my return window is about to expire because of YOUR system failures. How is it fair that I’m being put at risk of losing my refund when I did everything on time and you didn’t fix it? Shocking service.

@Debenhams we will never ever buy another thing from Debenhams again. Bought an item and it’s faulty after 1 week …had to pay to send it back cheeky cunts …. £30 it’s cost us … hope you go out of business and..oh and keep your replacement paid by credit card so got money back
