My pc keeps shutting down whenever I play Apex, and it’s been like that since December now… I feel like I’ve tried everything (soon), and my last attempt is changing the motherboard which is arriving next week. Fingers crossed this is gonna fix everything🤞🏼🥹

@Jweb0077 Glad to hear it worked! I don’t get a blue screen, but the entire pc shuts off… I already tried getting new ram and new psu, so hoping the motherboard change will fix it!🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

@HeyTuva This kept happening to me and I kept blue screening.. only solution was the motherboard switch and new RAM.. it was annoying but worked lol

My PC keeps crashing 3-4 minutes into a ranked game every single time I try to play 😭 I start lagging badly, and then my PC shuts down without being able to restart. I’ve reinstalled my entire PC without any luck, any other tips? Also tried uninstalling latest installs for my

@Jaeyoungie It was a driver update issue! I wiped the GPU and reinstalled another driver. Haven’t had a issue since!

@HeyTuva Good point, although I'd just double check your connections anyway. That is a bizarre issue

@TechNick_Ltd It was a driver issue. Clean wipe and reinstalling another version helped!

@HeyTuva PC shutting down likely overheating or bad power supply. Check temps with HWMonitor and clean dust from fans and vents. Does it feel hot and need time before restarting? That confirms overheating issue.

@Jaeyoungie The lag is part of the PC crashing. It only happens in ranked tho? Shouldn’t this be happening using my PC normally or in wildcard etc too then?🥲

@HeyTuva This sounds like either a power issue or something in the PC isn't connected i.e. RAM, cable As for the lag, may not be the cause but maybe the CPU cooler and Thermopaste needs renewing? (unless already done)
