And when you talk to 6 out of 10, they will tell you they want to see out the 30 years in service. They ll tell you it’s not about salary. I know a Major who did all his academic trainings in the US, PhD too. He couldn’t wait to run back home once he finished. Last week, his brother asked me what do they to the brains of these guys in that job. Honestly, I don’t know. But I think Nigeria actually needs this mentality to scale to the larger population.
